Refund Policy
This policy explains how refunds work for Productoria subscriptions and paid credits.
Subscriptions
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you will keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
Refund Requests
- If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge.
- Refunds are reviewed case by case and may be approved for duplicate charges, billing errors, or technical issues that prevent use of the service.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible.
Credits and Usage
Credits that have already been used for content, image, video, or media-plan generation are generally non-refundable because third-party AI provider costs are incurred at generation time.
