Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for Productoria subscriptions and paid credits.

Subscriptions

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you will keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.

Refund Requests

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge.
Refunds are reviewed case by case and may be approved for duplicate charges, billing errors, or technical issues that prevent use of the service.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible.

Credits and Usage

Credits that have already been used for content, image, video, or media-plan generation are generally non-refundable because third-party AI provider costs are incurred at generation time.
